Website and project service
Campus Canvas is operated by NPS Public Furniture Corp., doing business as National Public Seating. We coordinate discovery, design and specification for institutional branded environments. Fabrication and any installation included in an accepted scope are coordinated through reviewed project providers; availability is confirmed for each location. These terms govern website/workspace use; negotiated quotes, dealer agreements and accepted contracts govern commercial commitments. Act for an organization only when authorized, keep access private and tell us when personnel/project access changes. A referral link identifies a dealer; it does not grant access or approve reassignment.
Materials you provide
Provide information accurately to the best of your knowledge and identify uncertainties. Upload only artwork, photos and drawings you are authorized to use. You authorize us and relevant project providers to use them as needed to evaluate/carry out the project; uploading does not transfer ownership. Public portfolio/marketing use requires separate permission. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive information or student records, attempt unauthorized access, misuse accounts, interfere with security or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict access to address actual misuse or protect security, while preserving records needed for existing projects.
Concepts and approvals
Illustrative concepts show possibilities, not completed client work, construction drawings or proof of site/material suitability. Preliminary dimensions, artwork, substrates, mounting, accessibility, fire/life-safety requirements and installation conditions need appropriate qualified project-specific review. Before approval, review the specific version, scope, artwork, price, assumptions and exclusions. Changes can require repricing and reapproval. Versioning and explicit release protect internal files/trade quotes from automatic customer publication.
Dealer pricing and NPS orders
Approved dealers receive trade information, set customer-facing prices and explicitly release customer proposals. Internal supplier costs, trade prices and customer prices are separate. Quote validity, proposed schedules, qualifications and warranties are those expressly established for the project; this website creates no kickoff fee or universal warranty. Under the confirmed model, NPS contracts with the dealer, invoices, collects payment and owes fulfillment. Dealer POs continue through the established NPS emailed-PO process. Customer approval, a PO reference or an upload is not automatic acceptance: authorized NPS staff must review/record acceptance. Manufacturer/material, fabrication and installation responsibilities remain distinct.
Availability, corrections and support
We work to maintain the service and correct errors. Maintenance, provider problems and site conditions can affect availability and proposed timelines. Report errors/access problems through the public contact and use the authorized workspace for private files. These website terms do not override accepted contracts or limit rights that applicable law does not allow the parties to waive. Changes are dated and material changes communicated appropriately.
