Essential account and security functions
Supabase authentication uses project-specific session cookies, refresh/session handling and temporary sign-in verification state for requested account access, not advertising. Necessary hosting/security functions also process connection information. Sign-out ends the application session. Blocking authentication storage can prevent sign-in.
Cookie settings and your choice
Use Cookie settings to accept optional purposes, reject them or customize measurement/marketing separately. Choices install no tool. Rejection leaves essential account/project functions available. Change or withdraw your choice at any time. Only inventory version, choice time and two preference switches are stored in first-party localStorage key campus-canvas:privacy-preferences; never an account, email, price, file or form contents. A choice is valid on this browser/site origin for up to 180 days. The stored record may remain until replaced or cleared in your browser; expiry or a changed inventory makes it invalid and requires a new choice. If storage is unavailable or JavaScript is disabled, optional tools stay off; this notice remains readable.
Optional tools are off
No marketing analytics package, advertising pixel, session replay or third-party tracking embed is installed. Images/fonts are application assets. Operational counts use authorized records, not visitor tracking. Future tools must be registered with purpose and a new inventory version and pass the consent gate before loading. Acceptance for the empty launch inventory is not blanket permission for new vendors. No sale, advertising sharing or optional tracking occurs under the launch inventory, whether or not Global Privacy Control is present. Before adding tools, their treatment of applicable opt-out signals must be verified as well as their consent requirements. Confidential files/pricing, tokens and sensitive form contents must never enter optional analytics.
Other sites and changes
External dealer/manufacturer links lead to those sites’ practices. Browser extensions and provider administration dashboards are not Campus Canvas integrations. Changes to optional tracking require an updated notice and fresh choice before loading.
