This pre-launch policy describes how Campus Canvas currently expects to handle information submitted through its public website and project workflows.
Information we collect
Campus Canvas collects the information people submit through the site or project workflow, such as contact details, organization information, dealer context, project descriptions, photos, drawings, logos, brand files, measurements, notes, and communication history.
How information is used
Information is used to review project needs, organize files, support design and material recommendations, coordinate dealer handoff, prepare project packages, operate the website, respond to requests, and improve the service.
Project files and drawings
Uploaded project materials may include sensitive school, facility, brand, or construction information. Access is intended for authorized project participants, Campus Canvas team members, service providers, and dealer or production partners involved in the project.
Analytics and cookies
Campus Canvas uses analytics and performance tools only as needed to understand page usage, errors, and project-start conversion. Sensitive project content should not be sent to analytics tools.
Service providers
Campus Canvas uses hosting, storage, email, analytics, error-monitoring, design, production, and operational providers as needed to operate the site and support projects.
Retention and deletion
Project records, audit references, package versions, uploaded binaries, generated packages, and abandoned drafts can follow different retention periods. Approved deletion requests may remove or redact personal information while preserving limited operational records when needed for audit, security, legal, or attribution continuity.
